I came across this aticle today http://today.msnbc.msn.com/id/23713175/ns/today-today_weddings?GT1=43001. Instead of preserving their wedding gowns (or hanging them in the back of their closet) some brides have found a new way to display their dress after the wedding. They have incorporated their wedding dress into a high fashion photo shoot. While this does ruin the dress, it is a unique shot which can be framed in your home. If you have a prom dress that you will never wear again, you might want to gather some friends and turn your old prom dresses into a fun photo shoot you can do at home!
Thanks for the great information – I enjoyed reading it! I always love reading this blog.
My boyfriend just asked me to marry him and we are. I am hoping for a late summer wedding but we haven’t complete much planning. somebody had any tips about when is the time to purchase the dress?
Congratulations! It is really never to early to buy a dress. You probably will want to have the dress at least a few months before the wedding so you can leave plenty of time for dress fittings!
